Yeah, our squad is fairly crap though, our bench is awful.

I disagree - our squad is reasonably strong. Tonight we’re missing 5 or 6 players who would have featured either in the starting x11 or on the bench.

Of course we have a couple of positions where we need to strengthen to have a more balanced group, but overall our squad is very very good.

The fact our manager sees a squad of 20 odd players who in the right games at the right moments can contribute something as only a core of 14 or so as players he will actually trust, is more down to him.

As he likes to talk about history (data) he’d do as well to watch some of our league cup runs and finals under Klopp….he may realise he could trust more of the group he has at times.

What I meant was, there's nobody available today, that's is particularly good and isn't playing. Kerkez and Endo are about it. Injuries have hit us badly, and we don't have a large squad. The bench tonight shows that.
