We brought it to an end earlier than planned. Had hoped to give it at least 2-3 years but my wife's work was a fiasco. No work-life balance, burnout, lack of autonomy. (My job, on the other hand, was fantastic. Was really difficult to give it up but needed to for the sake of my wife's well being.)
Combined with an exciting opportunity, we decided to pack it in. We're in process of acquiring a family-owned pharmacy in the Northwest Territories, not too far from where we previously lived in 2022-24.
Sad to have left Iqaluit prematurely but it was for the best and thrilled about what's to start in a couple weeks.
(In the meantime, we just got back from 18 days in Italy and now have a couple weeks with family and friends in our hometown Winnipeg.)
