Betting US Open

Prefix for Betting Threads
Woods was right back to his brilliant best in winning the Memorial last weekend and he's already won a US Open at Bethpage so it's hard to bet against him. He's 2/1 with some bookies.

I also think Furyk (best price 22/1), Stricker (40s) and Ben Curtis (100/1) are worth an e/w punt.

Brian Gay in in some serious form and a good consideration at 70-1 considering the 6 places, Hunter Mahan and Antony Kim 66-1 and Graeme Mcdowell on Lee Westwood look good at 80s too

Ill probably plump for Gay and Mahan

Tim Clark top SA at 4/1.
Allenby top Australasian at 11/2
Mcdowell top GB and Ire 16/1 (small)

Outright, on Stricker at 50's from a while back and Clark at 100's (bottle job)

Thats a great bet, nice price for it too

At the start f of the week I was told to back Lukas Glover e/w.

I think he was about 150/1. Needless to say I forgot about it until about 15 mins ago when I saw his name at second on the leaderboard at 7 under.

Almost opposed glover in a matchbet, glad i didn't! stuck with opposing pod in a few instead.

If the weather stays dodgy, glover is still a bet at 6's on the fair to be honest. that's if you can swallow missing the 150's.

Looks like none of them want to win it halfway through the final round. If anyone gets to the clubhouse on -3, I think they have a great chance of at least being in a play-off.
