My rule of thumb is, if you don't know whether something is true or not, choose to believe the funniest option.
You know, I really thought about it. Was going to call myself 'Norwegian Blue' riffing off them slagging us for having a Norwegian support and the famous Monty Python sketch about the dead parrot. But I realised I'd have to play a very long game. We're paranoid as fuck on here, I can only imagine how rabidly twitchy they are on Everton forums. I couldn't just fly in there and start a thread on Koeman calling us a giant club (and by extension suggesting they're a shitty, parochial, little club). No. That would not have done. I would have needed to go deep, deep, deep under ground. A sleeper cell. Posting regularly. Ingratiating myself amongst my fellow blues. Working past their suspicions, and becoming a mainstay amongst their inner quorum of top posters. Only at that point could I open a thread about former managers in which I would finally get the opportunity to quote Koeman and enjoy their seething rage.

How can we be sure you are not doing exactly that on this site? Tell the truth - are you a sleeper bitter?
The only thing on my side would be their generally lower IQ. If I felt they were onto me I'd start reminiscing about a Graeme Sharpe goal or a nasty challenge by Big Dunc or something and they'd hopefully be persuaded of my loyalty.

Turns out, part of his severence package was that they had to pay whatever the difference between his then £6m pa and his new job.. He agreed a deal with the Dutch FA worth less than £500,000 pa, so theyve got 5.5m pa for another 16 odd months to pay up
Some context there, he earns less than the Swiss, Turkish, Irish, Hungarian and few otherlesser Euro nation side coaches do - lol!

Koeman seems a bit of a cunt, to put it mildly – every team he's managed he left on bad terms and burnt the bridges. And what happened to Dutch managers in general? There used to be many great ones, now it's only Koeman, Van Gaal, who has become a caricature, De Boer failed spectacularly at Palace and Peter Bosz just as badly at Dortmund. Dutch managers used to be on the cutting edge in tactics, but recently lost their way.
