So why do you need two streams of the same match?

I use my pi to stream the second tuner of my Linux satellite box to the bedroom, it actually upscales the SD image & looks amazing. It will to hd but only the BBC channels (they broadcast in a lower HD bitrate) unfortunately.

I'd try it, if may surprise you. Mines over clocked but not massively so & runs almost anything.
