[/quote]Nobody is suggesting they don't Asbo.
Nor is anyone having a go at Liverpool.
But scumbags are scumbags no matter where they come from.
You are being hypersensitive

Yep they're still scumbags Asbo

Unfotunately there are more and more every year, its like the good people don't breed anymore and just the fucking Rats are churning out the sprogs.

I actually get a bit scared walking home from the pub nowadays, and I'm in a 'posh' area (West Derby)

Unfortunately west derby isn't so much a posh area anymore.

That said no area inside Liverpool is free from dickheads anymore.

I went into a pub in Crocky, and they had bouncers on the door.

They said "You carrying a gun or knife?" and I said "No" and they pulled a big box out and said "Guns are 40 knives are a tenner, take your pick"

Liverpool 12 still has insurance benefits, the West Derby tag still carries a bit of weight, and the house prices are excellent from a sellers viewpoint, my kids will be covered for holidays abroad for years when i pop my clogs....

That's I moved outside it. Nowhere is free from them though

When I was younger being mugged meant being carried as in ' I was skint but my mates mugged me all night' weird how words meanings changed, well actually I can only think of mugged and gay to be honest.

"I had a gay time, my mates mugged me all night", meant something totally different back in the day

I don't deny that, some of Bex family live there & a load of my mates, but from when I was 10 & first used to hang round there to now the area has definitely gone downhill.

I had a similar situation with my mates when I was younger Asbo though the expression we used was buggered.

Were they by any chance wearing Blue jerseys?

What? Like they'd have known who he was?

That's shit on a young lad who has just moved to another country. Seem to be reading about this more and more. Recently, it was the kids from West Derby comp who were getting mugged on their way to school.

The thing is you can't help but be wary these days. When I go out jogging, and if I see a gang of teenagers (especially the north face cunts on mountain bikes), I almost always switch off my mp3 player, just in case they suddenly decide I'm fair game.

It amazes me how many teens walk around with iPod earphones in, firstly, they're the worst earphones on earth & you can't hear music properly, secondly, the bright white leads are advertising the fact they have an iPod to every would be mugger who sees them!

Spot on.

I can only imagine that the pose factor outweighs logic.

It's the same reason those Beats by Dr Dre (very famous hip-hop producer) Headphones sell like fuck.

A girl I know got mugged here twice in the space of a few weeks. The first time it happened the bastard was ringing her at home, with her mobile that he stole, to rub it in that he had her phone.
