A number of tickets, usually close to one thousand, are released for general sale for pretty much every league match about two or three weeks prior to the game.
Keep an eye on the offal and it will tell you when they go on sale.
Tickets for the Fulham game on November 9th, over fourteen hundred, went on sale last Friday.
There are currently tickets on general sale for the Norwich and Hull games if your dates are a bit flexible
Me, Pete and Jon discussed Xmas drinkies a few times. Pete is going to do a thread closer to the time to give people a chance. Tickets will go back on sale about 21 days before the game so plenty of opportunity to sort tickets.
It's been weird for tickets this year. Harder than usual coz wer're doing well - but I just got 13 in corporate for saturday for half price. It's kinda wait and see most games... I appreciate that's no good if you're making plans but you normally get sorted in the week or on the day.

One ticket per membership card.
You can link other membership cards to yours and purchase up to four tickets during one session.
I think they cost about £25
In a members sale you can buy one ticket per membership card. The plan is to link up cards with friends and family so you can share cards and buy a few tickets beside each other at the same time.
The memeber's sale gives you priority as you get to purchase in a private sale not open to the general public. Members are actually divided into categories. If you have accumulated credits on your card from purchasing tickets in the previous season then you get an advantage over other members and you are allowed to purchase tickets a day before members who don't meet the credit criteria. Take the United or Everton sale. Members who have 13 match credits on their cards can purchase tickets on say Monday. All other members can then purchase on the Tuesday for example. There is a general sale then approx 21 days before the actual game and if there are any tickets left or returns there is a further sale.
The member sale for game before Xmas was in July and the next sale as Holle pointed out above is in November. All games in the new year go on sale at the same time. I haven't experienced this yet as it's a new system but i'm sure its chaotic like most online sales.
