The kid has potential - he's had a very rough run, bereft of confidence in a team struggling to do anything. We saw enough last year, and with the goals this year, to see he can contribute. He needs a loan though I think with consistent football up front (not like ~2 years ago with Lille when he was on the flank).
I wouldn't start him against Boro if bobby is healthy though.

He looked far from shite last year against teams like United and Dortmund. He's had a bad season but he's got bags of potential, enough to not give up on yet. Current form isn't good enough, but then no central striker has truly succeeded in a goalscoring sense, in this side under Klopp.
