Hey, this is my theory!

Yup, I've noticed that. We've had a discussion about this at home last time we watched him playing.I'm serious, watch him kick the ball next time you see him. He actually can't pass a football correctly, it's remarkable.
I think we really have to focus more on the setup and system, rather than the individuals.
That saying - I still think Sakho & Lovern will ultimately be our long term partnership, with Illori (after he finally plays for the reserves) & Wisdom backing them up.
Why was he so good in the world cup I wonder?
Their group wasn't particularly good. He also got lucky with the errors he made, in that the opposition didn't take advantage. I remember a particularly horrendous one against Honduras at 1-0 where he passed the ball straight to an opposition player and caused a 3 v 2 scenario, where the Honduras player took the ball out wide and hit a tame shot instead of playing an easy pass.
I really don't see this, I thought Lovren looked diabolical on the right, more so than he has on the left. As for Sakho, I can't see him getting past how erratic he can be, it's not something you just iron out your game, which is crazy given his supposed pedigree/potential/background.
Yep, if Sakho has to play, he needs to play on the left.
Personally, I think Skrtel is getting some undeserved criticism. Yes, he fucks up from time to time, but he's easily the most reliable CB we have. So Skrtel on the right and Sakho on the left. But somehow I just can't see Lovern getting benched, because Rodgers will have a point to prove.
I totally get that. In fact I did make reference to fact that he fucks up from time to time. But he's still more reliable than any other CB we have. Call it the pick of a bad bunch if you want.Skrtel's inability to do anything with the football contributes to our shit defence though. If you keep twatting it out for throw-ins and hoofing it up the ball comes back at your defence quicker, thus leading to more opposition chances
He's a great tackler but in the same way Ming is a great shot-stopper, the rest of his game is badly lacking
