Xabi Xabi la vie

Was someone on here, I think, who was working in a Lark Lane restaurant when Xabi was at the club ... he had a meal and didn't leave a tip

Of course I may be confused or making that up ...
Maybe he isn't a tax dodger but just tight. I may have misjudged him.

Nah, he had a final say prior to Edwards leaving but it wasn't going to be same when he returned which is current setup. Klopp was used to working with similar setup as a manager with technical director with Manager autonomy. Slot then was hired as head coach under Part time Consultant Edwards and Hughes. I know Xabi wants to focus on coaching but I don't think he has specified he wants same setup as Slot which was again different to Klopp but both seemingly had issues

I think I’m confused as you seem to be agreeing with me

Klopp ruling himself out ( assume real quotes!):
🗣️ Klopp: "If Xabi Alonso, who over the last two years in Leverkusen has shown what an outstanding coaching talent he is, is then forced to leave Madrid just six months later, it shows a few things. I think it’s another sign that something isn’t quite right there at the moment.

Perez have given the fitness coach Pintus a more prominent role after Xabi left. Read that Xabi didn’t want him to be included on his staff.

Pintus is known from the doping scandal at Juve in the 90s and was on staff for 5 CLs at Real. I’m sure his methods are based on only hard work…

Where do we sign up this Pintus?
Could do with a proper doping program again.

I think you are referring to a historically proliferate poster who has been lurking for the last 3.5 years and then forgot he didn't post anymore last week

Tipping is a Tory practice. Good socialists never tip.
It is true that in Petrograd (later to become Leningrad) after the October rising, restaurant workers and the like refused tips as an insult, but that was as part of building a socialist society with living wages for all. Under this evil capitalism, that we are forced to live in at the moment, where service workers are on such low pay, it behoves folk, even socialists, to leave a tip in a small effort to buck the capitalist class and give said service workers something approaching a living income.

Am I getting this right? Dreamy doesn’t want Alonso because the Real players are a gang of entitled cunts and wouldn’t put the effort in and results suffered because of it?

Just put it down to another one of Dreamies weird takes.

The list is endless.

Poor guy still doesn't want Wirtz and probably one of those who didn't want Semenyo.
