Anyone here a serial complainer? Or do you just quietly seethe instead of making your issues known?
Someone I'm related to (by marriage) is that cunt who complains about EVERYTHING - food, service, size of room, attitude, lateness, quality - no matter what the scenario, she has complained about it. But it's done for the compensation, rather than making any point, and I'm sure probably veers towards fraud quite often, the pikey fucking cunt.
But anyway, what's the 6CM approach? I don't have any problem with making a complaint when it's valid, or making it clear when I want something fucking done, or it hasn't been done well enough or whatever, but it does sometimes feel like more effort than it's worth and/or directed at the wrong person, and yeah, sometimes a bit aggressive and rude.
