New Posts flag

When I access scm on my work PC, read new posts in a thread by cliking on the "new" button and then return to the message index, the two threads immediately below the one I just read no longer have the "new" button beside them (i.e. the new posts flag seesm to reset not just for Thread N, but also for threads N+1 and N+2).

This does not seem to happen when I log in via my home PC

Presumably some setting that is causign this, but I havent got a clue. Is this known and is there a quick fix or am I just unique?

Can I assume noone else has this problem and its just me? It's very annoying ...

While certainly havent got it, no matter what PC I use or browser. Sorry dude, have no idea why it's happening.
