Quaresma on the cheap?

    I think you know my thoughts on buying unproven talent vs premiership experience. I would always take the player I KNOW can cut it in our league, so Bentley of course. (I wouldnt mind Santa Cruz either).
    But if we signed quaresma i wouldnt be unhappy.

    I can't say I have taken much notice of Cattermole to be honest, although I take your point.
    What about Bentley v Quaresma, is that getting closer?

    Bentley is Premiership proven. Didn't Quaresma already fail in La Liga?

    he did do a bit crap in barca, but that was down to the discussed topic of homesickness............but then again if you can't handle it in you neighboring country i doubt you can hack it when there's a wee bit of ocean in the middle.

    It would be brilliant to have a winger that can deliver good crosses, open up defences and score goals. Quaresma doesn't seem to fit the Rafa type player.

    Bentley is Premiership battle hardened and proven. He would offer us a creative outlet on the right and improve our offensive play. The lad can play and would almost no time to adapt. That is key.
