So all this "luis suarez racist","we hate united" ,"Carroll has been amazing ", "henderson shows signs of being a top player " shite is all well and good but we've 2 wins from our last 9 league games . We've won 2 , drawn 4 and lost 3 to be precise, and well that's a load of shite . How we're still even within a shot of 4th is beyond me , we're lucky the others are crap too .

Sort it out cause this is turning into a very shit season fast .

Oh and we're 7th with Norwich closing fast . Rebuilding they say ! fuck that , there's never an excuse for 7th !

Re: 2 from 9 !

I've be happy with 6th tbh. We look shit, tired and bereft of creativity

Ah well

Who recently called him a "great manager" I think.

Either way that record is extremely poor.

If Henderson, Downing spend some time on the bench then we have an outside chance of fourth, but it's not looking very likely.

I don't really know if Ryan laughed me down. I made that bit up cos I wanted to diss his strutting peacock footballing knowledge attitude.

to put this season so far into perspective, we've currently got 39 pts from 25, and compared to other recent disastrous league performances at the same point:

2004/05 - 40 pts
2009/10 - 44 pts
2010/11 - 35 pts

so we're only 4 points better off than at the same stage last season. jesus. i think this league season has been the most disappointing, in terms of a return on money spent, since 2002/03. it's been really bad. i think 3 things have saved Kenny from getting serious amounts of flak:

1. the cup runs
2. the fact we've been consistent. if the make-up of those 39 points had included one of those seriously dispiriting 2 month horror runs we had, for example, in autumn 2009, there'd be much more disquiet than we're seeing from our actual uninteresting, unchanging, mediocrity.
3. he's Kenny.

Agree with all that Peter, its been very disapointing and we're still 2-3 players away from challenging the top teams.
We're saying that 10 years ago aswell....

Yesterday's tactics and performance would have fit in quite well last season. So, that's about right.

If it was any other bloke managing us, the owners would be sourcing a replacement right now. They probably are to be honest.
