Every Amercian 'sport' has it's own parking lot, so why the fuck not.

Sooooooooooo...

India wiping the floor with Australia.
Ponting acting like a cunt again.
Jason Krezja taking 8 wickets for 70896 runs.
Pietersen's decent start as captain of a rudderless ship.
International retirements galore
The BCCI being a shambles.

Who wants to start?

How has Ponting acted like "a cunt" again?

He's from Tasmania... He can't help it.

By using part-time bowlers to redress a slow-over rate, a tactic which allowed India to escape from a tight situation.

Correct, that and his continued on-field arguements with the Umpires. He's far far too agressive, that's all fine and well while you're winning, but when you start to lose you end up looking like a huffy spoilt kid. You just can't interrupt the game to stand there shouting at umpires, it's just not cricket.

He also has previous, and has in no way covered himself in glory in these recent series' against India.

Hes a terrific batsman tho ay?

Have you seen his recent scores mate? He's in the worst form of his professional life, and he knows it.

Traditionally though, yes he's great. The only constant mainstay in the Australian side is Hussey who's one of, if not the, best batsmen on Earth.

Aye, Hussey just never looks like getting out. It usually takes a moment of brilliance to dislodge him.

Most indian media are reporting now that a significant majority of OZ media are blaming him for the loss. Is it true ryan?

Very true mate, although I think that's a bit harsh on him. He had a few key players out through injury/suspension/whatever and he came up against a very good Indian side, but he is the captain and he made errors so he's gotta pay the price.

I am surprised at the reaction he is receiving. He has been an exceptional captain. It was always going to be a tough task taking over from Waugh but he has been brilliant.

He did make mistakes but instead of just him I would blame all the senior playes - Lee, Hayden. Whenever Dhoni looked for an inspiration from his players while fielding they delivered. Even part time bowlers delivered crucial wickets. Ponting got nothing from his players. I dont think Waugh would have done any better with this team.

I think the tough task is not taking over from Waugh but leading a once great cricket team through a transitional period were an exceptional bunch of cricketers are at the end of their respective careers.

Any team in the world would be hit by the loss of players of the calibre of Warne, McGrath, Gilchrist, Langer, MacGill and with Hayden surely not far behind. Symmonds is also a loss.

The quality of the younger players, particularly in bowling is just not there in the test team at the moment.

I see what you are saying...but he had every right to have a go at the ump this time. The idiot had called over (and handed Krejza his cap back)....which means its a dead ball. He cant then allow over throws.

Hope Marsh gets a chance to show what he can do this summer. He's a good player and deserves it.

Hussey is a cracking cricketer, and a top bloke to boot. Pity he didnt get his chance till that wanker Martyn packed it in.

In Hayden, Ponting, Hussey, Clarke and Symons you still have a fucking amazing batting line up. Its bowling you continue to struggle.
Losing Shane, Dizzy and Mcgrath is a fucking massive loss, its basically 10 to 15 wickets a game you have to find from somewhere else.
Anyone would struggle.
We've only lost Giles, Trescothic and Jones (maybe Hoggard) since 2005 Aus have lost most of their team.

Stuey Clark and Johnson are pretty decent, and Shaun Tait has his head on straight now, so we could see him again soon. Its keeping Watson fit, and finding a decent spinner thats the problem.

The pitches in Oz are just not suited to spin anymore......so we are going to struggle to unearth decent spinners. Krejza doesn't do that well in our domestic comp, and any decent spinner is always going to take wickets in India...Clarke took 6 there i seem to recall. So his numbers are a tad misleading.

darn those indians are good at cricket,

yuvraj with another ton and four wickets 😱

If Yuvraj shaved his head, dropped about 10kgs and went up a few shades he be the split of Babel 😉
[/quote]

He smiles too often to be compared to Babel.

Andrew Symonds is one seriously lucky cunt to have waltzed straight back into that Australian side.
