Okay, so I've just seen a news article about them rebooting the Sinclair C5.
The first thing I thought was how ahead of it's time that concept actually was. It was almost universally derided at the time, but today just looks like most other travel ideas we're seeing floated.
The other one that sprung to mind was the VR Boy. Nintendo's ill fated VR console simply didn't have the technology to work without causing nausea, but as we're now seeing, VR is widely regarded as the future of entertainment.
So what else was ahead of it's time? I didn't put this in Gamers & Geeks because I figure there's a wider scope than simply geeky stuff, TV, films, toys, must all have some examples.
