Aquilani isn't joining Milan, bet that

There was a big meeting held in the last 24 hours by the Milan board - including Galliani & Berlusconi.

Rumours have it that PSG have offered €65 for both Thiago Silva & Zlatan Ibrahimovic, which apparently Milan might be willing to accept.

Unbelievable if sell their 2 best players, considering they still got many old usless hacks in their side that need replacing.

I'm still not convinced Milan will make a play for Andy Carroll, I think Carlos Tevez might be the man they go after to replace Zlatan.

U DO NOT SAY !?

How Vlad was he not given a chance when he was here? It would seem the facts are that the club WANTED him to play and he DIDN'T because he broke a toenail or something similar, I really don't see how that fits in with your viewpoint, which appears to be coloured by your anti Rafa stance. I really wanted him to be the player to fill the massive hole Xabi left but it wasn't to be, and can we get over all this Xabi nonsense - we had no takers for him at £12 the season before he left !!!

And look what idiots those people who didn't want to take Xabi at £12m have proven to be. Anyone who could rate a footballer knew it was daft to sell him.

I can only assume something has been posted in the 'It's only a rumour' thread?

Unable to read that thread on the work computer, which the filter has blocked due to the thread apparently containing "German & Portuguese Pornography, & Explicit Language"

Aquilani's death is the only way to stop this madness. For his sake I hope it's in a honeymoon-based vagina suffocation accident.

Well hindsight is a wonderful thing but it reflects his form at the time

Intelligence is also a wonderful thing, because i said exactly the same at the time.

Only morons judge footballers solely on their most recent season

What does that say about those people on this forum who are judging Carroll on his last 2 months then?

I would never have sold him because he was my favourite player since John Barnes and my arse was not on the line if he didn't perform. However the fact remains that the great and the good of the football world, who, whatever you like to think know alot more about football than any of us, didnt think he was worth buying at 12m.

Well I'm judging him on his past three seasons. He looked awful when returning from a bad thigh injury and now looks like he did before.

The people who think we should get rid are the ones too focused on how bad he was when returning from injury. A bit like those who wanted rid of Xabi.

Im on record as saying most of the football world are clueless cunts who haven't a clue what it takes to win. I stand over that, what they think is irrelevant. They were all wrong, instead of holding your hands up and saying well loads of stupid people would have made the same mistake so that's okay, have a look at why they were wrong and don't approach similar situations the same way in future.

At the time I HOPED he would come good whereas I think you are saying you KNEW he would come good. Well I'm sorry Ross but I'll have to leave you up there on your fluufy white cloud - you better watch that ego of yours doesn't overbalance you off falling back down to earth!

That's true as far as it goes, but Alonso had been noticeably short of his best for the previous two seasons.

probably, but alonso short of his best is still better than we've got right now, apart from aquilani that is

I don't think you realise Alberto it's not your decsion to decide if you will or won't be here.

His agent is a proper bellend he's Italys very own version of Dave Whealen.

I'm amazed Aquilani didn't bin the guy long ago. First he gets Aquilani a deal which Aquilani's obviously regretted from the moment he signed it, then he fails to get Aquilani a permanent deal from two different clubs despite Aquilani playing well for both of them.

When some here say that Aquilani is a "shithouse" do they mean that he's shit or something else?

Calling a player a sh!thouse doesn't really refer to his skill or lack of it. It means he's got no fighting spirit and ducks out of the physical stuff.

Ahhh...that would have saved me a lot of time an effort. I thought everyone was calling him shit before.
Took my a while to figure that one out.

Nope i was questioning his desire to play for the redshirt. He may have talent but he's a shithouse ;)
