If you kill one person you get a life sentence, and say the minimum tariff could be 20 years. If you kill two people you will still get a life sentence but the minimum tariff will be higher. Surely, essentially, that equates to consecutive sentences?
Its ridiculous though. To think you could be out after 12 for good behaviour. That Brian Hennessy case in Killkenny...he could be out after 12 for raping a mother and burning the house with her and her 2 kids in it to the ground on christmas day. That cunt deserves an electric chair of some form. Just like barton.
If you did this in an amateur game on a sunday, the FA have the powers to ban you from playing under their umbrella indefinitely. Life bans have been handed out in Liverpool bu the Country FA. The FA have a responsibility to their customers and other members (players officials and stewards) and should have banned him until he can prove he is no longer a danger. Months years whatever. Under Health and Safety employment law, surely he is a hazard to the safety of the other employees and should be kept away from the work place? Oh, and he is a cunt too.

Barton is a bit of a bollox ok, and deserves his ban, but he is always supportive of the HJC and their bid for justice. I will always give him credit for that.

12 games is about right. It's not as if this is Joey's first. He's a serial muppet and won't seem to learn his lessons. In fact, I reckon he should be banned for a season, simply for being a nasty human being.
