Ok my source has just sent me this txt....

1) Imminent takeover - either this year or the next but it's definitely on, as talks are still on-going
2) Duff's agent contacted
3) A pay-as-you-go offer was casually mentioned to Owen but he rejected the idea
4) Kleber approach is 100% true. He was approached a couple of months back.
