I don't know. He's a good finisher but doesn't have many decent physical attricutes.
He's technically very good. He's a great passer, a super finisher and a clever dribbler. The only thing against him is his size, but its not like he needs to win tackles or anything. He can play all across the 4 so he'd be very good for us, but it may just be a bit early for him.
I would be very excited to get him.
Yeah but is he remotely as good as equally pint-sized Messi though ?

If he ain't, I don't want him.
Well no, but he is at least a couple of years younger.
true that...but messi was also already a world-beater when he was a couple years younger.
Im not sure he'll reach that level obviously, but hes still got the potential to be a top talent.
All this is irrelevant though, because i dont believe for one second that Barca would let him go.

They were unhappy with how he has developed this season, or rather worried that he hasn't developed.
They never play him though. How can he develop?
Hes got a very good goals per match started ratio, and a superb goals v minutes ratio.
Maybe he'll go out on loan or sommat. The lad wont get any better coming on for 10 minutes every 3 games when the match is won or lost.
Ive watched him a lot, and he is a very good young player.

anyone we get should should have the experience to go straight into the first team. we don't have the time or the patience to blood youngsters.

I'm yet to be convinced, he has the tendency to hang on to the ball to long and he makes silly runs. Obviously this could change given experience but If we are going to challenge for the league then we can't afford to be playing players like that (aka Babel). Dare I say it, a player like Lucas is easier to blood in a title contending team as they do less damage to the build up of attacks.

if we aren't getting him then there is no point. let's just take the money unless its for a player we can actually use like touré who I actually think is a good player.

Mascherano is not world class.
Who's a better DM?
Essien
I'll take that. Who else then?

If being 2nd best in the World doesn't make you World Class, a lot of other 'World Class' players must be worried.

Of course he's World Class.

I do NOT want Bojan at all.

Overhyped, small in both stature and physique and not that good. What's his best position anyways? I can't figure it out.

Eriksen is thrice the talent. If we are going for 'small and technical-gifted' players that is.

I was of a similar mind a year or two ago, but whenever I've seen him this season he seems to have had a bit of whatever Bale took. He looks faster, stronger and a better player. The problem is that it's hard to form a full picture of him as a player because he rarely gets time on the pitch.

Based on what I've seen though, 18M seems a big risk... particularly as he'll fail for sure if he doesn't play week in week, out and I don't see that as being realistic at Liverpool.

Perhaps he's stolen the key to Messi's locker then?

I don't see it though. When I've seen him play - even as a starter in the central strikers role - I've been massively underwhelmed. Ok, he's playing with the best around but he should be offering more IMO. That young Tiago lad is looking far better when given the chance.

He's still only 20 but I have to agree I can't see what all the hype is about. If he was Danish though KHL would be spilling his load over him..

Re: Re: Bojan Krkic....what's the scoop?

Khl in danish player better than anyone shocker!

The lad plays and he tend to score or assist. I think him and suarez off Carroll could be useful

I havnt watched any Liga this year so i have no idea how hes progressed but ive always liked him.

i'm worried he may turn out a bit like dos santos.

still want bojan though

BOJAN!!

It's amazing with all these world class players that Denmark haven't won the last 2 million world cups!
Its not normal though. Not since the 86 crop of players Danish football's got that many potential big players coming through the ranks.

Theres a good chance the u17s Will bring home the first World cup. I'm not lying.

And who knows perhaps even the u21 guided by 19-year-old Eriksen will give England and Spain (with Bojan) a run for their money as well?

In other Nations to watch closely in years to come are Ukraine, Belarus and Switzerland. And I'm still talking footy not the European Song Contest.

The poster?

Not my cup of tea honestly but hasn't he been gone about the same length in time as Brendan?
