The qualifying round is not exactly simple any more is it? When we were involved you used to play one of Austria or Moldova's finest. Now ....

Arsenal and Celtic will find out their Champions League play-off opponents in Friday's draw in Nyon at 10:45 BST.
The Gunners will be paired with either Real Sociedad, Pacos de Ferreira, PSV Eindhoven, Fenerbahce or Metalist Kharkiv in the two-legged tie.

Leave Austria alone.

Or do I have to remind you of our home game against Grazer AK.

... I seem to remember that season's Champions League campaign was rather special so I've no problems being reminded of it

🙂

If they get either Fenerbache or Sociedad then they'll be in for two very tough games.
Kuyt sending them out would be hilarious.

Thing is if we qualify via 4th place, we wont be seeded either.. So we could face any of the seeded teams..
So qualifying would be harder..

'I did not see it?' You'll want to see this! Composed of top quality Welsh wool blended with super-springy lycra, this smart suit will survive plenty of knee-bending, whining and weeping.

For the colder climate, this luxury water-proof puffer has been proven to resist at least six pints of bitter tears in one evening.

Finally, for those big business meetings, this hard-wearing crease-free city suit - costing £2,001 - is built to survive everything from calamitous Champions League exits to unexpected sackings. Arsene will be modelling this at chosen venues around the country throughout 2013/14.

Fernabache have a euro ban hanging over them. Watch them beat arsenal only for them to be thrown out with the gooners getting their spot.

If Arsenal get beaten, I wonder what Suarez will want to do?

Actually, how funny would it be if Arsenal lose, Suarez decides to stay at Liverpool, and just after the transfer window closes, Fenerbache lose their appeal and Arsenal get reinstated?

The hearing is expected to take place on August 28, meaning they will have likely played the second-leg against Arsenal before they find out their fate, with the second round of matches taking place on the 27/28 August with the first leg a week earlier.
