Why is everyone wittering on about how much we should and not pay for Charlie Adam, and getting their knickers in a twist over how much Anelka's wages might or might not be. If Kenny and the powers that be think Adam is the player we need, fucking buy him, just like they did with Suarez.
Statistically Charlie Adam is one of the ten top players in the premiership this season and I have seen nothing to suggest he is there in error.
So £10m is not an unreasonable price.
He looks a fucking good player and certainly better by a country mile than at least two of our regular starters.

and if I were Kenny I would say, has Defour indicated that he wants to move, and move to Liverpool, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush JH, and a bird that knows his way around the prem too JH?

Granted, but the point is still valid.

If we had the oil money of Citeh then it wouldnt matter if we had a trillion dollars on the bench; but we don't, and we likely wont.

As for Defour, that's just an example. I just think that if we're being dicked around we should be looking at better value players.
