How far do you reckon he can go? What's his best role/position?

And he's only 20.. when he cost us those points against WBA, it seemed like a blip, little did we know we were about to fall off the cliff face as a team.

But I have no doubt, he won't do that again.

Those graphs are quite good, they've taken variables that make sense to relate to each other, and then plotted them in a sensible way to display a meaningful piece of information. Shocking, and probably just down to dumb luck.

I love him. He excels with a free role, he is disciplined without the ball defending and pressing, and he is threatening and at times unpredictable with the ball. He started the season showing that he can be a 'system' player for Klopp, and he is showing that with the ball he is a great asset. He should be starting more and more - imagine him with Fabs behind him and Hendo/Naby/Thiago in that other CM role.

The fact he started as a winger also means he is flexible as we saw yesterday, almost playing as the left forward in a 4-2-3-1 whilst Mane was through the middle and Bobby at #10.

Oh no, a Dreamie curse! A promising career ended all too abruptly.
I’ve been on the Curtis bandwagon for 4 years. Been watching him for years on LFC TV and have repeatedly said he had the X factor. Hasn’t cursed him so far.

I also thought Adam Lewis was a great prospect too though 🙁

I think it's becoming if not obvious then pretty likely that he's going to be running the tempo of games and scoring for fun at LFC for the next decade.

This is most likely - but those that compare him to SG are on the wrong track, if anything he is likely to be our new Steve McManaman type of player. Hopefully he never does a runner to Madrid and sticks with us. I think we already know that had he stayed on against City, and Leicester - then we may not have gone onto concede those goals because our ball retention would have been better. Right now he is embarrassing some of our senior players in my view, and once he has regular goals to his game - he will be one of the best in the world not just in England. I have to say - when Klopp takes him off - I really do get fucking worried, he is one of those few players we have along with Keita who is able to get through and retain the ball in crowded defenses and when being pressed hard.

Yeah that Leicester game. He was subbed at one nil and like eight minutes later it was three one
You can quite easily say the same against Man City - game is at 1-1 we are dominating with the ball, and Klopp takes him off in like the 70th minute and then three minutes later we collapse because ultimately we can't hold onto that damn ball while being pressed.

Agree with both the above

As we saw yesterday though with all that ice down his shins, maybe klopp is just looking after him?

It's just nice to have someone in midfield looking to receive the ball and do something positive with it.

He's a supreme talent, I hope we take good care of him, he should be the star man for the next decade alongside Harvey Elliot.

Probably to conceal any trace of any minor knock he might have suffered from the medical team, lest he get booked in for "treatment" the next morning and get cremated the following week.

Whether he can up the tempo Stevie G style is the biggest issue for me. As it stands, he has brilliant qualities but is pretty slow in making his decisions on the ball (in relation to how quickly Liverpool players need to make their minds up) and can end up costing us great opportunities after successful counter press situations.
But he’s still only 20. So hopefully he stays open to advice from manager and staff and improves himself in that regard. If not he’ll end up like Shelvy (don’t remember how to spell his name).
I really want at least a couple of scousers in our side so I hope he makes it.

Huge potential but right now he still is the future, still got a long way to go, a lot to learn.

Next step up is reaching the potential the likes of Foden/Mount show then hopefully he can get to the level Madison/Grealish are at and if he can we got a super local lad in the making.

He's doing well, great to see that finish yesterday. More of that would be fanfuckingtastic.

It's hard not to get excited by him. Just a naturally gifted footballer with the self assurance to play his game and never be overawed.

Klopp needs to work on getting Jones more advanced, but how he balances that with providing a platform for Thiago I'm not too sure.

It's just my impression of him. I haven't heard anything like.
He does look like the type that would make a mistake and blame you for it. But he's humble now when he's the kid in the team. I hope stays humble when he's one of the senior players.

Humble has never been something I’ve heard mentioned about him especially at youth level 😀

You can just tell he's a massive fucking dickhead.
