I couldn't help but think back to the summer when everyone was wondering how we could afford to spend so much and Beamrider (if I'm not mistaken) suggested that we just about could but had very little margin for error.
That fact that it looks like we still need to spend another 150M+ is rather concerning but the possibility of missing out on the CL even moreso.

You are clutching at straws, that was with different manager and other strikers who were capable of covering. Right now we don't have neither. Chiesa and Isak included.

Im a big chiesa fan but not sure he'll change much.

Come on, player of the month in October? I think Ali had a good case and he's probably injured all of it. It's a low bar. There is a lot that is broken with this team and Chiesa isn't going to fix ultimately the 4 losses in a row or the number of times we have conceded in games.
