Let's be real Man U dominated the game and should have been up by at least 2 goals if it wasn't for the Swedish keeper.

For anyone watching tonights games youngsters Wind and Daramy are the ones to watch for Copenhagen against United. Zeca (wonderfully industrious player) their starman and Falk - if on song - their most creative outlet.

Mancs should win this comfortably however but this one-tie setup favors the underdogs. And they do have talent in their team but also a few major gaps. Especially Bjelland in defense has looked overcooked for the whole season.

2020 could still have a few suprises up its sleeve..

This all sounds very intriguing, but I refuse to entertain any more scouting suggestions from you until you submit a detailed explanation/mea culpa of how you could miss Tsimikas right under your nose, Kris!

I honestly had no idea about he was..

6 month loan spell at a minor Danish club and you can actually fly under my radar.. he looks/sounds boss though!!

For the record we should not be in for Falk imo, he’s 28 and never been tested in a big league.. he does have skill though. Against Skrtel last week;

Sevilla's record in the EL is just ridiculous. They seem to be built to win it every year.

Shaktar have been really impressive so far, and Inter have played well. Think Utd will get beat by one of these other clubs.
They looked tired and quite poor against FCK.

Lukaku, Alexis and Young will relish proving a point to their old employers.

It's interesting how going from Premier League to the Serie A resulted in so many success stories recently. The speed of the game is slower, it's true, but the training is harder and a lot of pros can extend their playing career at the highest level if they move to Italy.

I think I pretty much have United at 4th out of the remaining teams - I'm guessing the only reason the bookies have them favourites is due to the amount of money on them from United supporters.

Sevilla are bang in form and should have beaten Wolves by more. Shakhtar have been playing great since the break and Inter are well up for this and were runners up in the Scudetto.

I can see a tight game with Sevilla but even if United get a penalty to squeeze by them I can't see them beating the winner of the other semi. Fingers crossed anyway.

Five-time winners Sevilla - who are unbeaten in 19 games in all competitions - will face Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's United in Dusseldorf on Sunday. Inter Milan or Shakhtar Donetsk await the winners in the final.

Yeah, I think the odds for an Alexis goal will be well worth a bet.

Agreed about success stories and prolonging their careers. I wonder if its also down to which position you play. That 10 role that Eriksen plays is well known in Italy, and there is even more focus on the tactical game, which is maybe why he has struggled so far.

How come no one has ever taken a punt?
Good question.

For many years he has simply been to much of a lightweight physically I believe. When FC Copenhagen bought him from OB it seemed the logical step up for him. Higher level but not too high.

He is also being described as someone who thrives within comfortzones and very humble so I guess he has never himself angled for a bigger move. This however could change now and with Aston Villa having recently appointed Copenhagens Johan Lange as their new director of sports that might be his future destination. Or perhaps the Serie A. Atalanta or Parma seems obv candidates.

But they fked it up by coming fourth in La Liga this year.

Now they'll have to find a way to lose by the correct margins in the CL

Bayern look great and I think are best equipped to stop City ( other than stopping themselves) so all Im rooting for is Bayern to win the thing.

Or Atalanta because they sound as though they've played some great football this season and haven't won it before.

This one should be a real treat.

Neymar is on tonight ... but he just threw out his elbow petulantly ... if Atalanta can hold their lead, or even extend it, he'll be in trouble.

Awful shot by Neymar.

Even though it’s been a few seasons I still can’t believe how badly he’s fucked his career.

Should have two goals already ... he's gone to a weaker league, where he can just 'take it easy' and still be one of the top players there ... Incredible to think of the trajectory he was on before he left Barca, and where he is now.
