Yeah, agree. Toronto will want a fee for him, but they'll not push for a particularly large one if they want to get a deal done.
Thread duty: Lavezzi's an experienced, dangerous player who works hard, and we need those qualities up front IMO. He wouldn't be enough on his own, but with the Studge (we hope) getting back to fitness this could be a good deal at the right price.

I wish. It's the Daily Express, but not written by Paul Joyce, which places it slightly below the Widnes Reporter as far as credibility goes.

Ezequiel Lavezzi is set to join Liverpool in an £8million deal, according to reports.
Lavezzi is expected to leave current club PSG during this transfer window, and Liverpool are long-term admirers of the player.
Inter Milan have been in talks over a loan switch recently, but the Daily Express says Liverpool look set to win the race for the Argentine attacker.
They will pay £8million to bring Lavezzi to Anfield, and see him as a quality option who can play in midfield, on the wing or as a striker
