Just hope there's no ***cliche alert*** Champions League hangover, and we don't take these lightly. I watched their game with Chelsea the other week, and they actually played alright and created a few chances. Whole new Manager bounce thingy too. All that aside, we should be winning this comfortably.
So, what team would everyone go for? Don't see the need to make too many changes. I'd probably go.

Alisson
Trent Matip VVD Robbo
Hendo Fab Lallana
Salah Bobby Mane

Providing Henderson makes it that is. Gini has been carrying a bit of a knock lately according to Klopp and looked a bit leggy last night again so I wouldn't play him Sunday.

Last game before the international break, isn't it?
Play Lallana as he deserves it on the back of the last game, other than that it should be the strongest team (considering fatigue/knocks)

Ideally Gini can soldier through one more game.

Failing that. Put Fab, Millie and Keita out there. Lallana, I don't trust in away games. Rest of the side picks itself.

Ideally game is won within 60mins and we can bring on subs and rest a few.

I hope we really go for them. Goal difference is now really relevant, as well as points.

It probably won't happen, but I'd be tempted to include Adam Lewis in the squad, and, if we're winning well, give him 15 minutes or so at the end at LB. Now that Robertson is out of the first leg of the next round of the CL, Milner will presumably deputise, but it would be good to see how Lewis copes at senior level just in case we can include him on the bench for the big game. He's a very good young player, and he's only one year younger than Trent (in other words, he's the age Trent was when Trent was already playing every CL game) - so it's hardly an insane thing to consider him.

Yep I’d love Lewis to step in for the CL.

Put them to bed early doors before we tire.

Would be a huge boost to go into the break in the q/f of the CL and top of the table.

Then prey for no injuries on international duty

We can go top with a win and we’ll stay there over the international games as citeh play Swansea in the cup.

.....
We are 7 goals behind them on GD already, we are not going to catch them (they also have Fulham to come) so shouldn't be taking risks. From now on it's all about the 3 points and forget about the GD.

This is heavy metal football. Last game before a break - let's go all out. I expect to see Lallana's fresh legs back in the CM trio with Fabinho & Gini. Virgil will break Mitrovic.

Alisson
TAA Matip Virigil Robbo
Fabinho
Gini Lallana/Milner
Salah Firmino Mane

Nearly the same as Wednesday game, but it worked a treat. Lallana or Milner is probably the only question as the rest picks itself for this game.

My god you do twist what people say. I didn't say take risks. But if Fulham play as poorly as they've sometimes been, we'd have a chance, playing our usual game, of scoring several goals, which would be especially helpful in this situation. And a manager who 'forgets' about goal difference when they're one point behind would be a careless one.

You're a little sensitive aren't you. There was no twisting.

So either we play our normal game, which isn't 'really going for them' at all or we become far more attacking to 'really go for them' in which case that is a departure from the way we've played this season and is added risk.

I've no aversion to pushing for more goals if we are already 3/4/5 goals up as I don't believe this team could concede 3 goals to Fulham, however we've thought that before and it cost us a title. I'd rather Klopp just keeps us winning the 3 points any which way than any change in style now.

You know what, Modo-lite? I'm very busy, and I'm really tired of you. On ignore.

Looks like Klopp was very Tupac in the presser

Some chat that Sadio didn't train yesterday.
Anyone else hear that?

Think it originated from the Mirror or something. Doubt its anything to be concerned about, but if he misses the training today then he's obviously a doubt.
We need him tomorrow though.
