I've been in KL now for a few days. Probably one of the best cities I've ever been to.
Food is amazing, people are great, everything is cheap, Chinese new year, beautiful city.
Night and day compared to Bangkok.

Been all over it seems. Public transportation here (busses excluded) is great and cheap.
Currently living in the textile district Bandaray, near Sogo.
Been to all the malls, times square, klcc, pavilion, Sogo, some IT mall etc.
Cab drivers here are a bit scummy but it's alright it's not like they're extorting you.
It's safe, food is cheap, people are pleasant but have a tendency to fail in English but at least they try.
Batu Caves were great.
Might go to the bird park tomorrow.
Petaling street was interesting, bought a few fake watches.
Got two more days here, dunno what to do, done plenty of shopping already.
Oh and the food is amazing, every freakin version of nasi goreng
