What bothers me more about the picture above are the watermarks/air holes on the back side of the kit. It looks so amateur knowing that Premier League rules state that the number and name part of the kit has to be plain, no stripes allowed and here NB design some pointless weird looking streaks and just slab the numbering and name patches on top. As if the colour wasn't ridiculous enough too.

Straightforward for a top level pro like Henderson. A pass like that is bread and butter to a professional. It was executed perfectly but he'd make that pass 20 times out of 20.
