... which attacking player would you start against Watford?

Note that some of these players, such as Keita, Shaq or Lallana, can also play in midfield 3 so there could be 2 players from this list in the starting 11 – but choose the one who will play a more attacking role more or less as Firmino's replacement.

I would go with Shaqiri, but can also see an argument for Origi – he won't come near replacing Bobby's creativity, but at least he would occupy the centre-backs, so that Salah and Mane can have a bit more space on the wings. However, given that lack of creativity was our major problem in the last game, I would probably go with Shaq, just about.

I really hope Klopp doesn't go back to a 4-4-2 with, say, Lallana and Keita on the wings. We don't seem to know how to attack in this system.

Origi for me, on the condition that Shaq is in the CM trio. We need movement pace and bits of skill, which we know Origi can be capable of. He isn't likely to drop deep and we saw against Burnley that if he stays around the box he'll help create chances. I don't think anyone else in our squad is capable of taking that position without dropping deep too often (excluding Mane or Salah - who i would expect him to interchange with).

Step up Divock.

I think you missed a glorious option here. Based on Milners solid and exciting games at right back we should keep him there and push TAA into the right wing so they together can form a lethal partnership for the years to come… And Yeah you could add Moreno as well.

I'd get both Keita and Shaqiri in. Firmino and Hendo out. Lots of movement, creativity and pace.

Alisson

Trent Matip Virgil Robbo
Gini Fabinho
Shaqiri Keita Mane
Salah

I like that. We also need to stabilize the midfield now. We have had some breaks now were a lot of hard work has been done and we should now be able to stretch the first XI a bit so they find the rythm together.

Yes, but I like Gini playing further up and Keita pulling strings from deep. Gini can actually replace some of Firmino's ability to hold up the ball and also make runs into the penalty area. He will just need to "switch his mentality" yet again.

Yes, I thought about that as well. Swapping positions during the game. Gini used to play further forward for both Newcastle and PSV, so that can definitely work.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Would like to see us have a go against Watford. Klopp is becoming too cautious IMO.

According to Dominic King, Firmino is out for tomorrows game but could be available for the Everton game.

Fuck me, at the moment this choice feels like would you rather be kicked in the left or right bollock. We've got a lot of players out of form. I chose Shaq just due to the fact that he has showed some form during the season so that earns some credit.

Actually it's a no-brainer because Keita is a midfielder and Shaq. can play as an attacker so if Bobby is out and we want to retain our formation then it has to be Shaq. (or Origi/Studge etc.).

Hmm, Shaqiri wins the fans with 52% of the total votes... but doesn't even got on the pitch in a game we win 5:0. Seems Klopp really soured on him.
