I guess I see it differently in terms of shock and impact.
So short sighted. So many things have gone wrong this season. Fucking hell he’s getting punished for success last season. If he finished 5th last year and got CL nobody would be batting an eye lid. Give the man a proper season with all the new players and playing style. Fucking hell. He has earnt the right to show he can make us unbeatable with this new squad. Cunts here wanting him gone after a 4 week run with so many medicating factors.
If he finished fifth last year and the team has delivered the performance it has since February, he would be out of a job by now. Since the PSG ties, the Spurs game is the only game we have comfortably outclassed the opposition for a full 90 minutes.
But he didn’t and we won the league at a canter and got knocked out of the CL by the best side in the comp on penalties that nobody else could lay a glove on.
He deserves more respect and more time. I feel like I’m living in a parallel universe such is the size of the delusion on here or maybe we are all just grumpy old fucks who can’t wait to stick the knife in. It beggars belief. It really does at this stage at least.

There are moments in games during this time where I've just thought, Jesus fucking Christ this isn't football as I understand it, but I guess he knows what he's doing, as we are winning a league.
But, I'm not convinced he does. We look like one of the worst coached teams in the league. We are so bad that we look bad in screenshots, like the shape our entire team is in, is at times mind boggling to me. We can't defend set pieces. We can't defend from open play. We are easy to counter against. We lose the ball easily.
We are fucking awful at 2-0. We are easy to score against, and we routinely go down quickly.
Every single thing about us is getting worse and worse. We are playing worse, and worse, and worse football. Since March.

For me the question is not the tactics but why are so many players making so many stupid errors that gift possession to the opposition and break down our attacks.
We've seen VvD do it (why was he even on the front post - twice - for goals recently, again yesterday - with Konate behind him in the centre), Salah has been unforgivable, coughing up possession or losing control time after time (despite the cracking finish yesterday - one of his wild shots had to go in eventually) even Szobo yesterday passing behind the man and into touch. It destroys our rhythm and allows the opposition time to reorganise or to break.
It's the accumulation of all these small errors that is so painful.
