People do see it rebel. In the "... short-term" thread, I suggested we should move Johnson to RW because his confidence at the back is shot to shit and I've felt that way for a while now.
To say that Johnson's defending could get Rafa the sack though, well, that's more than a little over the top. Yes he's been at fault in recent games but the problems run far deeper than him and they were evident from Day 1.

Agger should have dealt with it for the 2nd goal but we were already 1-0 down and down to 10 men, we weren't going to win anyway.

insua and johnson have been done repeatedly all season, i agree it's an issue.
i think kuyt has been a big problem as well, for obvious reasons. it shouldn't be underestimated how many attacks he has stopped dead this season.

Yes absolutely i would play Carra at right back, there were no errors from RB against Wigan and we were winning 2-0 until our defensive error. much rather be in that situation than 1-0 down and I imagine the team would be too as when you go 1-0 down then heads drop and players lose discipline especially away from home, it has a massive effect.
This is not to excuse poor form from Kuyt, or defend the selection of Dossena or anything else but to point out the side isnt helped when the RB is virtually putting the ball in his own net or playing like a joke.
