Awesome finishing. Jones, Shaq, tsimikas have been great.

Grujic looks awful, neco also looks poor tonight, (and I like him) and Origi just looks lost poor soul.

Would like to see us carve them open. All of our goals have been through pressing, or fantastic individual pieces of skill. You'd think with Jones, mimamino Elliot and Shaq on the pitch there'd be enough creativity but our movement just doesn't produce the space through the middle.

The kit is poor, but I hate the socks more. It would have looked almost OK with different colour shorts and socks but they had to go full Aquaman.

We're playing some kind of curious formation with all the attacking midfielders clogging the middle and only fullbacks providing width. 4-1-2-2-1? This suits Minamino, Curtis and Shaqiri (playing surprisingly deep), but Origi might as well have been a hologram. Clever movement between the lines is not his thing, apparently. Rhys Williams looking so far untroubled playing next to VVD. Waiting for Jota in the 2nd half.
