a thread where you can just get things off your chest. a soap box to post general stuff that doesn't really need a new thread (apart from this thread of course).

okay, to start off I am happy with the general state of the club. have next to no debt when we were close to the brink not so long ago. and I am happy we have someone in charage who understands the club.
that's the good stuff, from the negative side of things it really feels like we are never going to challenge for the league again. we seem miles of the pace and for every pound we spend to close the gap city and probably city will spend two and then there is the ast experience of fergie at manu.

I hope the liverpool logo is redesigned this season to have a much cleaner, less 'busy' emblem on the shirt. ideally just the liverbird and the two eternal flames.
we could move the 'you'll never walk alone' to the back of the shirt around the neck area.

for the first time since supporting liverpool I don't have a favorite player.
oh, there are players I think have amazing ability like gerrard and suarez but I don't actually have a favorite.

Amazing player and we are so lucky to have him but after Chelsea flirtation there is no way gerrard could be my favourite even though I rate him as the best player at the club.

i don't really give a toss anymore. i just don't believe in this management team, and i don't think we've gone in the right direction in the last 6 months.

i think i last felt like this in GH's last year. hodgson was different because there was stuff going on with H&G that was much more important.

Yeah, I agree about that. Winning the league cup, but finishing outside the top 4 and the season will be a failure and disapointing.

It will be though, just wait and see.

We'll win that worthless cup, finish fucking 5th or something after going on a decent but albeit pointless run of half a dozen wins to close out the season and 99% of this site will give it the big 'that's a very good first full season for Kenny considering blah de blahde blah... and if we get in player x, y, and z we'll really push on. Good to get a trophy after 5 years, in Kenny we trust'.

I'll be happy to get a trophy, but I'm optimistic I won't get swept up in the euphoria

Unless there's a dramatic change it won't be a good season.

let's be honest here the last 3 managers (not including the hapless hodgeson) hae forgotten more about football than any of us will ever know but with that said some of the decisions, formations and subs just leave you scratching your head., but we know how how players have peformed in training, we have no idea who is carry minor injuries, etc. there may be pefectly resonable and reasons why they have done what they have done. we as fans are not privvy to all the facts.

Playing 3 centre backs at Anfield to deal with one Stoke striker would certainly leave you scratching your head.

We'll concede a goal from one of Chaz Adam's back passes to the goalkeeper from the centre circle.

He has to do at leats one every game for some reason, and you just know someone's going to see it coming at some stage.

I don't really like many players these days. I like Suarez, the little racist twat, because he gives his all for the side, though he's moody and a bit of a horrible cunt, that also contributes to him being a 'winner'.

My favourites though have to be Reina, Agger and Skrtel. Those three consistently look like they give a shit when they put the shirt on.
