QPR fans chanting "what a waste of money " at Andy Carroll......i'm sure a few of our fans wanted to join in .
Once just noticed that Johnson has no hair, first time i've seen him.

nothing really to do with this game as such but i can't stand watching downing or henderson play , just not my type of footballers at all ...ie good footballers .
And i'm going to have to book into counseling on Monday morning , i just can't get over how we spent £70m on Carroll , downing and henderson ..imagine were we could be if we'd spent that well .....actually how the fuck do you spend £70m on 3 players and not get some excellent ones , only us . Such a wasted opportunity .

I have never understood your stance on this topic. If we score a goal that is incorrectly ruled offside and the game end 0-0, it is the referee's fault that we did not win that game. We did do enough to win the game, as we scored a legitimate goal without conceding, but refereeing incompetence cost us.
Remember Fulham, a few years ago? A perfectly good goal disallowed after six minutes. And everyone blithering on that there was 84 minutes left in which to score? Why? If the referee had gotten it right the other 84 minutes wouldn't have mattered. We scored. He fucked up. And it cost us the win. End of discussion.

And the fact that you're right about the money and us being shit doesn't mean that, at times, referees haven't cost us the game. Things don't happen in a vacuum.

We've made our own mistakes, but their effect has been exacerbated by incompetent refereeing. Both are factors in their own right and nobody's pretending otherwise.
