True but it's probably a case of getting this type of player from outside of England because the Luke Shaw's of this world cost 15-20M as soon as they show good potential.

In fairness to the club, they do that and we're seeing some of them break through into the side now. The tricky thing is that it's unlikely that Luke Shaw would be what he is now if he'd have moved to Liverpool at the age of 15.

Please don't compare me to DB. Seriously though, if Moyes had a braincell in his head, that's what he would do, after a season in the premier league, Shaw would be perfect to replace Evra, thankfully, it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
