Mahmoud Dahoud

Mahmoud Dahoud is a German footballer of Syrian-Kurdish descent who plays as a midfielder for Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Bundesliga.

We should be all over this kid, just turned 20 and is tearing the Bundesliga up with his performances in central midfield.

I'd be all up for buying Xhaka or Gundogan, but this kid would be well worth looking at and I'm sure Klopp would know a lot about him, however we haven't been linked as yet, it's been more the scum and City.

Anyone else seen much of this kid or watch the Bundesliga?

Syrian background but has played for the under 19 German national team.
A midfield of Xhaka and Dahoud. M'Gladbach have my dream midfield.

I know what you mean about having more experience especially as he is captain of his club but Xhaka is only 23. One year older than Can.

There is some talk about Ignacio Camacho aswell. Malaga are in a financial mess and he could probably leave for a low fee.
We need 2 midfielders though so both would be good.

A bright player, but not very strong physically – not sure if England is the right place for him TBH. Also Gladbach are not exactly dominating in midfield in most of their games, despite their "dream midfield".
