There is a write-up in the Echo about him today – if they bothered to do it, it might be more than just a rumor.

His style reminds me of Yarmolenko (only right-footed) – same physical strength in addition to speed and technique. Even though he likes to cut in a lot, I like that he is able to beat a defender on the outside too and can shoot and score with his left under the right circumstances. He seems like a Klopp type signing, whether it pans out or not.

I was impressed with him at the Euros even before seeing that Echo piece. However I read yesterday that Napoli have already had a large offer for him and Rog accepted (35m euros for both I believe).

[article]Despite having a €25 million offer accepted for him by Napoli, Dinamo Zagreb star Marko Pjaca is holding out for a move to rivals Juventus.

The 21-year-old winger impressed for Croatia in his cameo appearances at Euro 2016, and is coming off the back of another fantastic campaign in the Prva HNL as he netted eight goals in 28 appearances.

Napoli director Cristiano Giuntoli moved quickly to negotiate a double swoop totaling €35m for Pjaca and his Dinamo teammate Marko Rog this week
, but personal details have yet to be agreed for the duo.

Juventus have offered €15m for the services of Pjaca, but that is way short of the Partenopei’s bid, and Dinamo are hoping to instigate a bidding war for the youngster with Liverpool and AC Milan also monitoring the situation.

With their main focus on prying away Alvaro Morata again from Real Madrid, the Bianconeri have not been in a rush to raise their offer for Pjaca, despite Turin being the player’s main preference if he was to move to the Serie A.

Milan have put Pjaca at the top of their transfer list, and may match Napoli’s offer in the coming days as their coffers are expected to get a huge financial gain with the Chinese takeover set to be completed next week.[/article]
