I saw it immediately from the 'live' coverage. It was amazing they didn't seem to find it contentious. Normally VAR would spend about five minutes replaying it - have they turned it off for Christmas?

It's been weird, hasn't it? We go through games when everything - everything - seems to get reviewed, and then in the past two or three games, I've wondered if it's been in operation at all!

It honestly makes me feel like I belong on blue fume because it feels the league is pushing something with decisions that just dont make sense ... when it's clear cut, no issue ... but the decisions against us, or missed, have been blatant ...
Definitely did.
I forced myself to watch the highlights after the game and I have to say, it's easy to blame Klopp and the midfield but Salah should have won us the game. The two sitters he missed was what ultimately cost us.
Newcastle were brave, not all teams in their predicament would dare to push forward against us but they fucking did and still came out with a clean sheet.
Yes, he was really hit and miss. He didn't give the players the confidence to go forward whenever he had the ball, he gave it away cheaply much too often.
I was just reading that Newcastle thread and there is this post by a guy called TRon on page 15, in response to a post by someone who said:
"Personally think that Joelinton attempt is something that should be encouraged rather than mocked - super difficult to pull off and glad he had the creativity of mind and courage to attempt it!"
The response from TRon:
"Would love to have seen Big Andy's attempt in a similar position but he might have ended up in a wheelchair if not on the sofa."
Just made me laugh so much, that, - but have to say I think the fact they thought we were disgrace was probably anger at having Bruce as their manager - the general sentiment seems to be that they want him out because the way they played against us is like the way they play against all bloody teams.
