Other EPL week 5 games 20 - 21 Sep

Caicedo is world class at running around and kicking people. He's not a great footballer.
N'Golo Kante could run, kick and play. Caicedo's not a patch on him.
I think we rate him higher than he deserves because we've got red-tinted specs from when we tried to sign him and we convinced ourselves that he was the Messiah.

Chelsea look worse than last season.....& they weren't particuarly good last season either.

Madueke > Kittens
Nkunku > Delap
Jackson > Pedro

The only upgrade is Hato > Chilwell. Maybe Estavao > Felix too.

Great assist by King that.....unfortunately for him, it's come against the team he plays for.

Damsgaard says thank you very much.

is that the young lad that had the goal against chelsea wrongly disallowed too? genuinely getting sorry for him

those brown kits are scandalously bad

The state of the Brentford defence on both goals, good fucking grief.

Kelleher absolutely fucking shite on the first too.

Won’t happen but it would be glorious to remain 5pts clear tomorrow.

Then 10pts clear after 10 games etc…

Title over by Xmas please.

I think he's very good, just not a 100m player. Actually, I've been more impressed with Lavia whenever I saw him play but that's only a handful of times because he seems terminally crocked. So bullet well dodged

Watching some highlights from yesterday's games. West ham vs Palace was a tight game, either could have won it and they looked to be about the same level.

Brighton were poor (lovely through pass from Millie could have resulted in a goal) but although Spurs were dominant they created little of consequence and it required an OG to level it. Simons looked good (but missed a virtual open goal - edge of the box, no pressure).

Burnley vs Forest - good game ! Forest played some nice stuff early doors but Burnley could easily have been ahead end of the half or early second. Forest came back into it and were the stronger thereafter. Lovely goal by Nico Williams and close to a second.

Wolves architects of their own downfall. Horrendous defending constantly giving the ball away in their own half.

VAR offsides look to be decided far faster this season with the semi-automated.

I do think that Potter will get them functional if he has a bit more time but I imagine he'd be expelled in the next few days

Guessing no one bothered with the Sunderland - Villa game?

Well, Sunderland are a man down and are still playing better than Villa.
