I honestly don’t think we were conservative in this game. The issue is arteta cannot coach an attack full stop. We had 70% possession first half it’s not like we were sitting back..
Then we looked better with eze/saka but even then our actual chances created aren’t glaring.

Let’s be honest if we put Lewandowski, peak Auba, or Kane in there they are gonna get lots of chances every game and naturally our play will flow through them. If Gyokeres is top notch, we would definitely accommodate our tactics to fit him in but he’s clearly not. Players do not pass to him often when he’s on limited space or marked. This already tells you a lot on his limited technical capability. Compare that to Lewandowski Auba Kane or Eto every time they touch the ball you get the world class factor in it but I’m seeing non of that in Gyokeres so far to be honest.

The biggest ice berg is why does the players not try to find him? Is he that bad?
