Other games thread April 12-13

It's written in the stars. Of course something spectacular has to happen to take the shine off our league win.
I thought it'd be WW3, but it's simpler than that.
Arsenal, Man U and Chelsea will probably win the European cups and it'll forever be known as the year England conquered Europe... sidenote Liverpool won the league.

Arsed.

Only one of those things matter.

I don't follow if this is supposed to be sarcasm.
The fact that he needed VAR to determine that it was a red. Also that he needed to see the tackle replayed several times. One glance should have been enough.

I mean look how far away the ref is there - a good 25 yards away, plus the player making the foul is blindsiding him so he doesn't have a clear view of the tackle.....it's pretty common for a booking to be shown in this instance.....they got the right decision in the end. It's pretty standard stuff, no? He goes over to the monitor at 1:00 and he's decided by 1:20, he'll upgrade to a red.

Yeah maybe you're right, but can't the 4th official say something?

Like what? "Hey can you come over and fix my headset, hasn't been switched on since kick off but I couldn't be arsed mentioning it before as I'd rather stare into space they pay any attention to this shit fucking game between 2 teams I don't even know"

Any fan that actively wants Utd to win a trophy over any other rival bar Everton is pathetic.

Nothing else comes close.

Fucking Utd. Jesus Christ man.

I don't really give a fuck tbh, it's the Europa and it'd mean a whole lot more to Spurs than Utd and we can't be having Ange stick to his promise. He needs to be shown up for the fraud he is every single time, which in turn reflects onto you.

Fuck caring about what it would mean to Spurs. They will always be a nothing club. Actively wanting Utd to win another trophy is pathetic behaviour.

Spurs are nothing, Utd are our biggest historical rivals.

I wouldn't give a fuck if spurs won. I definitely wouldn't if Chelsea did.

Itd be annoying if united won, mostly because it would help them dig out of the shit hole they've put themselves in financially, and we don't want that. Someone needs to stomp on their throat more.

And arse? I think they win they win the league next year like we did. Anyhow, I won't be crying about any of it too much given what we win.

Yeah united winnings the Europa, getting CL money and entry is a lot more of an issue than people think

I want them dead. I want their family dead. I want their former players dead. I want them so far in the mud that it seems insane that they were ever a force in football

I'm sure I remember you wanting them to win some tin pot as it would keep whoever their shite manager was at the time in the job.

To say nothing of it counting as a 'major trophy' (PL, FAC, LC and Euro wins) so bringing them back closer to us again (within 1 is it)?

Premier League: Liverpool
FA Cup: Crystal Palace
Champions League: PSG
Europa League: Bødo
Conference League: Chelsea

Temporary insanity clearly.
My comment sent me off on a search. Didn't find any evidence but I did read the full thread you started when Ole signed a new 3 year deal. Its very very funny reading, as so many posters declared Utd to be way ahead of us that summer (the summer before the nearly Quad season) and bemoaned the return of Utd's glory years.

I might have said it. But keeping Ole at the wheel when Utd still seemed redeemable with a better coach is still very different to wanting to see the cunts win a European trophy, get CL football and the money that comes with it. I honestly think they could be on the verge of a financial collapse they can never recover from. Amorin is staying regardless.
