Highly enjoyable vid I recommend.
I'm not sure what's better, Pirlo's or Calvente's - views?

Is that legal?Ha! We did the Ajax trick play in high school. Highly inflammatory method of scoring.

The technique for that Calvente one is ridiculous. 99% of people trying that would fall flat on their face. Shame really since that will likely be the only thing that lad will ever do of note.
Holle is right, Panenka's penalty is my favourite EVER non-LFC goal. Czechoslovakia had never been to a major final before (and never since - as Czechosloviakia or Czech/Slovakia) this was their one moment to win a major tournament, in front of their home fans and against the mighty West Germany Panenka had the balls (or stupidity) to do "that" with the final penalty to win it! If he had missed he'd never have been seen again. The penalty has been copied many times since but the original is still the best.
Did they not get to the euro final in 96?Not trying to be a dick but wasn't Baros top scorer in a Euros once? That would mean the Czech Republic playing in it, surely.
Czech have played at major finals before and since 1976 but the game in which Panenka scored was the actual FINAL of the tournament and they won it on that penalty. Not trying to be a dick but wasn't Baros top scorer in a Euros once? That would mean the Czech Republic playing in it, surely.

Yer right, don't know how I forgot that. Even still my point is that it was the biggest moment in their footballing history and Panenka had the balls to do that. They got to the FINAL in 96.

Ha, that's my usual excuse....I can reel off the Dagenham & Redbridge, Crewe or Exeter teams from the previous weekend but struggle to remember my nephews/nieces names! You probably would still have remembered, if not for the lower league football stuff overwriting the remaining memory cells when you ran out of space.
It's not really that hard.
Thierry Henry does it all the time in open play, in fact he did it yesterday in an MLS game I was watching.
I've seen him do 5 yard passes with it, not a 15 yard run up to a shot to put it top corner. In terms of technique that's more difficult than the Panenka one.
