Hmm but most businesses have 'Goodwill' on their accounts. I know most restaurants do for example, and for 2 of the businesses I owned (restaurants and relocations) the only other assets we had, besides 'Goodwill', were office equipment and vehicles ! So it's not something a club is going to lose though the amount will vary according to how well the business is doing.
