I wouldn't be against Milner starting over Keita. He's been looking sharp towards the end of last season and again off off the bench against Fulham.

Keita if he's fit, Carvalho if he's not. We'll see Elliott around 70-75 mins for Hendo I suspect, plus Keita for Carvalho, or vice versa, around the same time.
