Who'd you take from Southampton, Leicester and Ipswich?

Southampton: Dibling
Leicester: El Khannouss, Fatawu, Buonanotte
Ipswich: Delap, Enciso

None of them are good enough to start for us, but could work as backups.

Probably similar, but isn't enciso on loan so not an option? Or we just saying go for them regardless

El Khannouss and Matheus Fernandes are the clear stand outs.

It depends what posituon they see themselves playing in

Poor the Shaq, Gini and Robbo.
These 3 sides have been the worst in Prem history. Has there ever been a lower points total needed to survive?

The Stoke Hull and Newcastle sides were shite but at least had 1 or 2 worthy cunts.
Gini banged 11 goals, Shaq banged 8 goals, had spells at big clubs and had a 15m release clause. Dibling Fatawu El Khannous Enciso Buonanotte have about 7 goals between them.

Only if it makes financial sense and its an improvement on what we have. Delap at £30m yes Buonanotte and Enciso are on loan from Brighton.
El Khannouss runs an average of 2km per game, we need runners. I doubt Slot would want a statue. It cost us games when Trent would decides he doesn't have a reverse gear. I would rather have his team mate Ismael Saibari (Did some research, PSV will sell but it won't be cheap... over £40m)
Dibling is over priced.
Fatawu reminds of Doku but slower.

Delap, Dibling and Fernandes are the ones talented enough to maybe step up. Of them it would be Delap because the cost has minimal risk from a financial standpoint and it's our biggest area of need, even as a rotation option.

Otherwise, Ndidi is a good player but can't stay fit. Encisco is just on loan I believe so he'll be back at Brighton. Not sure what's happened him. He looked very promising in his first year.

Good point, but they're all about 20 years old too.

Gone are the days you can take a punt for 8-10m though.

Dibling was apparently quoted to be available for 100m?

Better to steer clear of these world beater prices.
Brighton would suggest that its still possible to get players at bottom prices.

I don't see the fuss over Delap but I didn't think much about Palmer before his Chelsea move either which shows what I know. Dibling seems like a poor man's Grealish and I have even less clue about the others

As if you knew Jack shit about Robbo. 🤣

Why wouldn’t I have? He played 2 seasons in the Prem before we signed him. It’s like saying 5 years down the like “as if you knew jack shit about Doughty”, had we signed him last summer, well actually, I remember he was a very good player in the Prem.

We played our worst game of the season away at Hull that season when we lost comprehensively and I remember him being this very nippy and lively who had a lot of pace.
