Hey all - A friend of mine gave me a signed LFC football. I think most of the squad have signed it (apparently) He works for the Radisson and so snaffled it in some kind of corporate bingo thing while working at Anfield. Anyway he doesn't care about football and knows I love LFC so he gave it to me.

I know a few of you on here are charity bikers and runners etc (I know because I always sponsor them!) Anyway I thought I'd offer the ball up to anyone that might be able to raise some cash for any charity that is close to you. I've no idea how much you'd get for it. Maybe these things are ten a penny for all I know but the offer is there. Next time any of you fine philanthropists want to raise some money give me a shout and I will send it over.

Special shout to @Herr Onceared @Rouge Penguin @Semolina Lipton

🙂

Ah it's no bother - I forgot to say it's an official 'autograph' ball with the little LFC silver sticker of authenticity on it. All the autographs are clearly marked in sharpies. Suarez is there but I'm not sure in the current climate that might make it less or more valuable! 😉

All gone now fellas @tombrown has snaffled it. A donation to his local school (or so he says 😉!) If I come across anything else I'll post it up. 🙂

I have an autograph book that has all of the Liverpool team from the late 70's including Paisley and Fagan. My dad regularly stayed in the same hotels. I've got Phil Thomson's sig about 5 times in there.

I'm not sure that 'old' signatures are worth anything.

Kevin Keegan's signature was the coolest of the lot - my signature is a copy of his 😳

Very nice.

I also had a packed out autograph book when i was a whip, lost it though and that still disappoints, it had many late 80s early/mid 90s footballers in it, from Francis Benali to Steve Mcmanaman, also some managers, Roy Evans and Lennie Lawrence are a couple i remember, Glen Hysen was a treasured one, he was a favourite at the time i got it, lol.
