Johan Cruyff says ex-Liverpool star is bad for Barca team
BARCELONA legend Johan Cruyff has warned his former side that Luis Suarez's impending arrival could be detrimental to their title hopes, and slammed the club's forward line as overly individualistic.
Writing in his column for Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, Cruyff bemoaned Suarez's £75m arrival - believing he will compromise the Catalan giants' universally applauded style of play.
He said: "I can't see how Barca intend to continue playing the same way, with a keen focus on team play, if Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez are in the side.
"The three of them are too individual.
"In signing Suarez, the club are showing a preference for individual genius over a team that plays great football."
Cruyff's renowned love for 'total football' is perhaps the root of his concern for Luis Enrique's rapidly changing side.
The loss of both Xavi and Carles Puyol and the acquisition of Suarez perhaps signals a shift away from the tiki-taka style of play firmly rooted in the La Liga sides DNA.
Cruyff continued to say that the new-look front three would make Barcelona "good for action, but not a good footballing team as a whole."
And he warned: "The style of play developed under Frank Rijkaard and Pep Guardiola is being wiped out."

I lived in Austria (for 3 yrs) about 24-25 yrs ago. We were looking for a place to rent and found a beautiful old building just off the hauptplatz .. however when we went into the room that had belonged to the owner's father there were pictures of Hitler all over the walls 😱
Forget about it - no way that we're actually cheering for Germany (apart from some morons).
There's loads of Germans coming to Austria because of jobs.
I suppose those were all 'real' Germans.

We don't exactly like Germans partly because of our history partly because of the way they behave. I don't want to be stereotypical - but the typical attributes that they are loud, arrogant, patronising, humourless etc. are mostly quite fitting.
(And most of all they are better at almost every sport...)
Don't get me wrong - we don't exactly hate them. We just don't like to them well because they have the tendency to rub it in. We'll have to deal with parades, car flags etc for about 4 years now.
The economical situation in the former GDR is quite poor so many Germans come to Austria to work here. Here there are many jobs available, especially in tourism. So loads of unemployed Germans move here (or to Switzerland). A massive advantage for them is that they know the language.

My father-in-law's Austrian brother-in-law owns a bar up in some mountains (don't know where exactly- near Graz maybe?) Anyhoo, one night after loads of schnapps he invites my Father-in-law into his cellar to show him something (yes, I know, don't accept an invitation from an Austrian to look at his cellar!). When he saw inside the place was festooned with WWII Nazi paraphernalia, old swastika flags, framed ss uniforms and so on. The father-in-law was like. 'er, that's nice....'.
Yeah, Carinthia would have been my second guess.

Getting right back on topic regarding Austria. Possibly one of the oddest places I have visited (certainly in Europe anyway) No offence to @Holle who I have met and is sound but it really it is a bit weird. My buddy lived there for a few years so I used to visit him lots. It was £29 to fly to Bratislava and a few quid into Vienna - Half as much as popping up to Liverpool! He was a student and his digs were in an old psychiatric hospital. His room was a 'cell' with a little spy hole in the door! It's possible I saw a ghost there as well (which I don't believe in but I swear what I saw was true)
There's all these weird shops selling silver candlesticks and armour! Loads of women walk around in real fur coats and for some reason we hardly saw any kids! Serious. It's also one of the only places I've seen a real cobbler shop as well. Proper old school shoemaker. LOL. I did love it though even if it was weird as fuck.
btw @Holle is not weird in anyway (Apart from his weird goatee beard) 😉

Vienna is really cool but pretty expensive. Don't think I met a single Austrian in Vienna though. Met some boss Germans who came over cos the dole was better. Even the guy I got weed off was Turkish

yeah seen a load of them in the Stadtpark. Maybe they only come out at night
