think about this scenario, you'd always do the obvious and so you would continue to play a player in form (like duh!) but say suarez (for example) played 8 games in a row and scored in all 8 games and then your medical staff said that they have monitered his health and if is played game after game he WILL break down, what do you do? yes, as fans we say we'd do the obvious but as fans we're not privvy to all the information.
