So who do we want/expect/hope?

My wishlist:

Klopp
Bielsa
Rafa
Simeone
Lambert

I think they'll appoint Deschamps.
i'm a big fan of deschamps, but i wonder whether an isolated league success in marseille is enough? Yes it was their first for 18yrs, but I wonder? On the plus side he knows the EPL. If you think Deschamps is good, then why not blanc?

You can rule out capello as they want a young up and comer, someone in their early to mid forties....

If that is true we are fooked.....as it means martinez...

I don't want Martinez. He's a nice guy in a shit industry, but I've never thought he was anything particularly special and the stats back that up.

I still respect Capello highly, but I don't want him here. His communication skills are appalling.

AVB ticks many of the right boxes.

I've warmed a bit to the idea of Villas-Boas but only if, and that's a big IF, he's given at least three Season (unless we get relegated) to build a team. I do not want any more of this chopping and changing whenever our owners are feeling a bit PM.

So far the bit I was told in the week was right. Kenny was a goner. Let's see if the rest holds water too, that AVB was already lined up. I think I hope so now.

Otherwise let's go ALL IN for Laudrup and give him time to build a footballing empire second to none.

And who the fuck wants Capello? He still can't even speak English for fucks sake.

i want him, becuase his record is unbelievable, he will come in and we will be gauranteed a top 4th finish, dare I say it become more competitive. he will not be the long-term option, but he will be the man to put is back in the limelight so we can attract the best talent.

I think they'll appoint Deschamps (though I'm not averse to the idea).

I'd rather look elsewhere than the French league though. Germany's where it's at.

Guaranteed top 4 finish my arse, HE CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AFTER 3 YEARS IN CHARGE OF THE NATIONAL TEAM.

I think it was Tony Evans who tweeted saying AVB never got hold of the Chelsea dressing room and was a bit too much of himself, which subsequently lead to his sacking.

Not sure if he'd be able to get a grip on our lads, so there's still a bit of a gamble in that aspect.

he can communicate english. look at his RECORD - at club level he delivers again and again and again. he has the MENTALITY for grinding out results on a weekly basis. Admittedly we will not be playing the most beautiful football ever seen, but who cares if you are winning?

Chelsea are a load of cunts. If he didn't get along with them then he goes up in my estimation.

Well, the positive is that we are in position to choose this summer. Next summer all of the top half PL clubs are changing manager.

Man U - fergie will die eventually
Arsenal - Replaces Mourinho in Madrid
Chelsea- Hiddink comes in around easter then a new one in the summer
Spurs - Arry will replace Hodgson allready this august
Newcastle- Probably in October already
Man City - The league will not be enough to save Mancini next year
Everton - How long will he stay?

Can he? I've never understood a word he's said (and neither it seems did the England side). His admittedly excellent club record is in a completely different league. Plus his brand of football makes my eyes bleed.

No thanks, I'd rather take the risk on a up and coming manager with something to prove AND an attacking brand of football.

The tactics were so shite he won the most games of ALL English national managers. Utter crap that

AVB in, Gerrard and Carra out?

different league(S) - everywhere he goes he's done it. we cant afford some fancy tippy tappy stuff, we need results, we need to be in the champs league desperately, that's is where we can attract the best and maintain our ambition Capello will achieve that
